About the Role

As a Salesforce Healthcare Engagement Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal delivery teams. You'll oversee the successful execution of Salesforce Health Cloud projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare operations and patient engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Health Cloud implementations for healthcare providers, payers, and life sciences organizations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Translate complex healthcare business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocations across cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure sprint goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
• Drive user adoption and change management strategies tailored to healthcare environments.
• Provide strategic guidance on patient engagement, care coordination, and digital front door initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce project or engagement management experience in professional services.
• Salesforce Expertise: 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or working on Salesforce Healthcare projects.
• Healthcare Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, terminology, and compliance standards.
• Client-Facing Skills: Proven ability to build trust and rapport with healthcare executives and clinical stakeholders.
• Project Management: Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Scrum Certification is preferred.
• AI: Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, support strategic initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making.
• AI Knowledge: Possesses a strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Education: Bachelor's degree, or commensurate experience.
• Certifications: Salesforce Health Cloud Consultant Certification highly preferred.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $73,008 to $170,640. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or variable compensation.
