Accountant

Preference Employment Solutions is confidentially recruiting for an Accountant for an organization based in Fargo, North Dakota. Location: Fargo, North Dakota

Type of Position: Full Time - Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Compensation: $55K - $75K DOE

Position Overview:

• Reconcile general ledger and bank accounts
• Process employee payroll and benefits including any additional support for Human Resources as needed
• Cross train with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Partner with inventory personnel for timely reporting and accurate records

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

• Associate degree in accounting or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
• A minimum of 3 years' experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
• Detail oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
