What You'll be Doing:

As a Project Accounting Consultant, you'll play a key role in helping small businesses clean up, catch up, and set up better bookkeeping systems. Your day-to-day may include:

• Leading accounting cleanup, catch-up, and setup projects in QuickBooks Online
• Diagnosing bookkeeping issues and recommending process improvements
• Training clients on accounting best practices and software
• Collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality work on time
• Supporting internal improvements and consulting on best practices

Who We're Looking For:

• Experienced - 5+ years in accounting with strong QuickBooks Online and Excel skills
• Client-Focused - You love helping people and explaining financial concepts in plain English
• A Problem Solver - You think critically, adapt quickly, and manage multiple projects smoothly
• Tech-Savvy - Comfortable using modern software tools and figuring things out on the fly
• Located within 120 miles of West Fargo, ND - While this is a mostly remote position, occasional in-person meetups are required
