Location: Fargo, ND

Compensation: $110k - $160k/year, DOE
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
Type of Position: Direct Hire, Full Time

Position Overview:

• Lead strategic initiatives that improve processes, cost, and service levels across core operations.
• Build and present business cases with supporting financial analysis; provide clear progress updates to leadership.
• Oversee shared services (e.g., vendor management, procurement, facilities, technology, people operations) in partnership with function leaders.
• Support brand execution with marketing partners on strategy and key materials.
• Serve as a liaison across departments to align goals, resources, and timelines.

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

• Bachelor's in business/management or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in business operations/general management or senior business development with multi-stakeholder leadership.
• Proven experience managing teams, vendors, and operating budgets.
• Broad working knowledge across people operations, technology enablement, and go-to-market support.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills; excels at prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
• Occasional travel as needed.
