Project Manager - Large Scale ConstructionLocation: Upper MidwestEmployment Type: Full-TimeThe scope includes:+ Core and shell construction (approx. 15-18% of total build cost)+ Deep foundation systems and insulated precast structures+ Site work, utilities, and coordination with MEP contractors+ Rapid design evolution and limited pre-construction documentation+ Use of Primavera P6 for integrated scheduling with external stakeholdersRole OverviewManage planning, budgeting, and execution of core and shell construction.
