As a key member of the Last Mile Operations team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily departmental tasks, which include:

• Tracking and reporting labor hours and performance metrics
• Assisting with production duties, training associates, and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Providing thorough assessments of associate performance and delivering constructive feedback
• Participating in initiatives aimed at operational excellence
• Maintaining a clear understanding of workflow processes and daily production goals
• Reviewing and updating SOPs as necessary
• Ensuring that work areas are clean, organized, and fully equipped
• Identifying and addressing any safety hazards in the workplace and engaging in safety programs
• Coaching associates on safe work practices
• Reporting job-related injuries following established policies
• Filling in for Area Managers as needed
