Your role in our team:

  • You will be in charge of machine builds from start to finish.
  • You will direct and delegate tasks to technicians working on the project.
  • You will ensure the customers machine has a quality cosmetic appearance upon completion.
  • You will perform troubleshooting, testing, and repairs.
  • You will review project timelines to ensure schedule is being met.
  • You will give recommendations for mechanical and electrical design changes.
  • You will review craftsmanship of all work done by oneself and others on each project.
  • You will travel to perform mechanical and electrical infield work.
  • You will travel to start-up equipment and train customer representatives at customers facility.

Your profile:

  • You have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing.
  • You have a two-year technical degree in Manufacturing, Electrical, Machine Assembly Technology, Automotive, Diesel or similar (this is a plus).
  • You have the ability to work together as a team to reach the common goal.
  • You have a valid drivers license.
