JOB SUMMARY
Valley Imports is looking for a Warranty Administrator with a customer-first mindset to join our team! The Warranty Administrator will book customer pay, internal, and warranty appointments, prepare and submit warranty claims, verify warranty coverages and eligibility, communicate with service advisors and technicians to coordinate warranty repair, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have the ability to analyze problems, identify trends, and develop strategies for maximizing claim process and exceeding customer expectations!
Shifts range between 7am-6pm, Monday-Saturday, with 45 hours per week. The pay is hourly. The hourly rate DOE.
