What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the national sales liaison for Smart Power Solutions, maintaining positive relationships with strategic accounts
- Develop and implement business strategies that benefit both the employer and key accounts
- Manage large, complex accounts while achieving sales quotas and targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with legal regulations in sales processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelors degree or relevant outside sales experience
- Minimum of 7 years in outside sales within the data center space and 2 years managing key accounts
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel nationally
- Knowledge of electrical power products used in data centers
- Proven skills in managing multiple projects and delivering effective presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with PDUs or transfer switches
- Knowledge in program/project management
- Strong skills in developing customer solutions with maximum value
- Ability to resolve quality and delivery concerns in a timely manner
- Experience in direct sales and channel sales models
