Location: Fargo, ND

A locally owned and operated business specializing in auto body repair, detailing, mobile wash services, and protective coatings. The company serves both individual and commercial clients across the region and is known for its high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Body Shop Manager to lead a team of technicians and detailers. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality control, managing workflow, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate body shop staff and workflow
  • Ensure timely completion of repairs and detailing services
  • Maintain high standards of quality and safety
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
  • Provide estimates and communicate with customers
  • Train and mentor technicians
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in auto body repair or shop management
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Knowledge of industry tools, techniques, and safety standards
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
  • I-CAR or ASE certifications
  • Experience with protective coatings (e.g., Rhino Linings)
  • Familiarity with mobile wash or heavy equipment detailing

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
