We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the food industry and develop valuable skills in a fast-paced environment.

- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction

- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using our Aloha POS system

- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and quality standards

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas

- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area

- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

- Follow all food safety and handling procedures to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff

- Promote sales by suggesting additional items or upselling when appropriate

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required

- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Basic math skills for cash handling and retail calculations

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is a plus
