The Produce Department Lead is responsible for assisting and ensuring exceptional operational standards are being adhered to in the Produce Department, Chop Shoppe and/or Juicery areas. They will ensure each area is fully stocked with fresh product and appeals to guests. The Produce Department Lead is responsible for stocking the shelves and building displays, preparing all fresh-cut fruits, vegetables, and freshly made juices for our guests, and culling (rotating and pulling product of less than high quality) in the produce department. Additionally this position tracks shrink, verifies production logs, scheduling, orders product, and ensures food safety standards are exceeded at all times.
