Plans, coordinates, schedules and manages swim school enrollments for current and future sessions by watching waitlists and opening classes to maximize swim school enrollment
Supervises, observes, evaluates and gives guidance to all swim instructors
Is on deck and meets parents to answer questions regarding swimming lessons
Responds to all member/participant inquiries in a timely manner
Requirements
2 year Degree in a directly related field or an equivalent combination of directly related experience, training and/or education.
Swimming stroke and technique knowledge
Lifeguard and CPR/First Aid training will be provided, but swimming skills required to participate in class.
