The Consumer Experience And Learning (CEAL) Project Manager focuses on ensuring our clients and colleagues are aware, engaged and prepared as we launch new products, services, and channel enhancements. In a rapidly changing financial services environment, we want to ensure that all clients and colleagues are fluent and adopt our constantly changing product and digital features and options. This is achieved by developing and delivering compelling, innovative, and fun experiences. This role will partner across multiple teams and functions to support and enhance a comprehensive support structure for critical product priorities and frequent launches to help drive deepened relationships, self-servicing and improve centrality for Consumer and Small Business clients in an increasingly competitive environment.
The Project Manager creates readiness strategies that are planned and executed effectively, in a manner to help drive adoption with our clients. The candidate will drive business OKR performance by helping to create industry leading capabilities and support a best-in-class go to market process that delivers knowledge, awareness and understanding effectively to our colleagues across business lines. They must be an established collaborator, with in-depth knowledge and experience with adult communication and experience strategies and practices. This candidate will possess exceptional skills in designing engaging and interactive media solutions, strong presentation skills, demonstrated project support skills, go to market readiness activities and highly effective communication approaches. They will be adept at understanding technology and successfully communicate technical capabilities and banking product details to a non-technical audience. They will work as part of the Product Wholesale and Channel Enablement team that leverages Agile methodology and a co-located work environment.

The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
