What You'll be Doing:

• Operating and monitoring grain milling, blending, flaking, and cracking systems
• Ensuring product quality and food safety standards are met
• Supervising crew members and assisting in training new team members
• Maintaining accurate inventory and production records
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or grain processing (2+ years preferred)
• Strong computer and leadership skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends
• Commitment to safety, efficiency, and teamwork
