This role is responsible for the direction, control, coordination, evaluation, compliance monitoring and training for all inventory control processes aligning to the Network Inventory Control Policies across a multi-site distribution network. Managing budgeted targets and continually improving year-over-year results. Responsible for overall associate engagement, retention, and safety. Heres what youll do: Develop, monitor, and manage site shrink budget on a daily, weekly, period, quarterly and yearly basis. Oversee the compliance, training, and auditing of DC site Inventory Control leaders on all Inventory Control processes for West DC locations, including all inventory counts, variance reconciliation, selection audits / quality assurance, product re-positioning, code date management, and product slotting.
