Fargo Elim, a Cassia Community, is hiring a Certified Dietary Manager to lead our customer-driven culinary team. In this role, you will manage all operations of our culinary/dining experience. Along with great benefits, we are offering up to a $10,000 Bonus! Preferred candidates have experience working in a senior or assisted living setting, a willingness to use creativity in making menus, and a desire to work with other departments to ensure high food and dining quality. With the support of the home office dietitians, you will direct the overall operations of the Culinary department to ensure quality food and nutritional services are provided to our residents. You will also ensure our residents receive a first-class dining experience through supervising and staffing exceptional dietary aides and cooks. Position Type: Full-Time.
