Overview

Candidate must have experience with concrete reinforcing, structural steel, misc. metals including materials, fabrication processes & methods, negotiation, budgeting, scheduling, engineering & delivery methods. Must have strong communication & relationship management skills, ability to work under pressure in a fast paced fluid environment without supervision, proficient with reading & interpreting structural drawings & specifications, general oversight of submittals, collaborate with Production Manager, have excellent organizational, prioritization & be detail oriented. Minimum of associates degree in Drafting/Estimating or construction management or BS Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
