Job Role: Project Manager / Risk Manager

Location: Fargo, ND 58103

Duration: 6 Months with possible extension up to a year



We are seeking a skilled contractor to primarily support policy integration efforts stemming from a recent acquisition. This role may also be leveraged to assist with broader risk management functions across the organization related to the acquisition.

The Payment Services Chief Risk Office oversees operational, regulatory, and risk strategies to ensure global compliance. As part of this mission, we are looking for a Resource to help drive the continued implementation of risk oversight practices and support the identification and mitigation of operational risks in alignment with company policies. The identified candidate will work with existing Subject Matter Experts to complete risk assessments and track any required work to implementation.

This position reports to the First Line of Defense Chief Risk Office team and will focus heavily on Merger & Acquisition integration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute due diligence and integration frameworks


• Drive timely execution of integration project plans


• Maintain and regularly update project documentation, incorporating lessons learned


• Communicate effectively with management and key stakeholders

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications


• Strong Excel skills for reporting and data analysis


• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities including process documentation


• Strong organizational and project management capabilities


• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines


• Familiarity with regulatory concepts related to risk management in financial services; subject matter expertise not required

• Proficiency in Archer (eGRC platform), ServiceNow
