Job Description
Ready to run your own service department like a well-oiled machine? This is your chance to take the wheel as our Service Manager
What you will be doing:
- Leading, mentoring, and managing our service techs like a boss
- Running the day-to-day shop operations (think: scheduling, workflow, customer relations, etc.)
- Partnering with sales + parts to keep things moving
- Driving customer satisfaction + service profitability
- Keeping everything organized, safe, and high-performing
- Current or previous Service Manager experience
- Strong leadership + communication skills
- Someone who knows how to get things done
