Responsibilities for a Claims Representative include but are not limited to:

• Process Notional Account claims by reviewing, researching, investigating, and adjusting according to plan design.

• Research eligibility information and authorize appropriate payments or refer claims for further investigation as needed.

• Conduct data entry and re-work while identifying and reporting claim trends.

• Apply established policies and procedures to process claims efficiently and accurately.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of claim processing tasks.

• Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards.

Candidates for the Claims Representative position must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• High School Diploma or GED (required).

• 1+ year of experience in claims processing, healthcare administration, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior healthcare or insurance industry experience.

• Knowledge of claim adjudication processes and eligibility criteria.

• Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM CST

• Location: 100% Remote (Telecommute)

Pay Details: $23.41 per hour
