The primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate and supervise all aspects of retail operations and catering events including: participate as a member of the Retail and Catering team; coordinate client requests; set up, serve and clean up catered events; ensure adequate supplies are maintained and ordered to provide complete staffing requests; train student and Retail & Catering staff; maintain the high quality and service standards of Dining Services. Support the mission and vision of Concordia College and demonstrate the competencies as defined for this position. Supervise operations of catered events. Set up, serve, and clean up catered events.
