Location: Fargo, ND

This is a full-time on-site position. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Base pay range

$20.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems
  • Organize and maintain HR documentation and compliance records
  • Help coordinate training sessions, employee events, and engagement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment law by maintaining accurate documentation
  • Assist accounting with printing invoices and matching them up with pack slips, entering fuel receipts, and do some accounting reports
  • Scanning of documents for both HR and Accounting
  • Work with Purchasing creating cycle count sheets, OSP P.O.'s, and check in OSP orders
  • Reconcile cycle counts and scan/enter in Heat Certs
  • All other duties assigned by HR, Accounting, or Purchasing

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR, Accounting, or similar roles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with HRIS and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, Canva, Paychex, or similar)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Positive and professional attitude and appearance
