Are you a skilled IT professional who thrives on solving technical challenges and keeping critical systems running smoothly? We're looking for a Systems Administrator 2 to join our team in West Fargo, ND and provide hands-on support for both business and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with local business partners, corporate IT, and on-site teams to provide updates and determine next steps.
• Install site-specific software on desktops and coordinate asset deployment across factory floor work centers.
• Troubleshoot network infrastructure and desktop assets at the local facility.
• Support IT projects involving LAN/WAN, desktop, and audio/video enhancements
• Work directly with production supervisors or office staff to resolve client/server issues quickly and effectively.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional IT experience in:
• Desktop PC hardware/software support
• Backend infrastructure (server, storage, database, network)
• Familiarity with ITSM services (Incident, Problem, Vulnerability Management) including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Administrator-level knowledge of desktop assets, LAN/WAN hardware, and IT infrastructure software.
