Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:

$30/hour


Schedule: Mon Fri, 8:00 am 5:00 pm

Estimated duration: 3 months with the possibility of full time

Whats a typical day as Temporary Accounting Clerk? Youll be:

Managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping.

Conducting expense management utilizing Ramp, similar to Concur, to streamline financial operations.

Assisting with monthly grant billing, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.



This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have at least a few years of accounting experience (not simply bookkeeping) with a strong understanding of financial principles.

Are proficient in Microsoft Dynamics and have experience with expense management software.

Possess skills in audit assistance, tax returns, and ad hoc reporting, demonstrating your versatility in accounting tasks.
