Responsibilities



  • Identify and recruit new partners to expand Freedompays market reach.

  • Build relationships with prospective and existing partners.

  • Negotiate partnership agreements and terms.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partner activities with business goals.

  • Track performance and provide regular reports on partner sales and deal flow.

  • Assist with soliciting new sales opportunities and activities with Partners.

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Provide training and support to partners to drive mutual success.


Requirements



  • 3 - 8 years of experience in software sales, specifically in the payments and FinTech world.

  • Knowledge of ISV Partner Ecosystem and Payments.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; English is essential, while other language skills are beneficial.

  • Proven experience in partner acquisition or business development with revenue targets.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to take direction, work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market opportunities.

  • Ability to accommodate multiple time zones up to 25%.

  • Ability to travel as needed.
