Job Details

This position focuses on business development in the central region, including Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo and outlying markets. Business development primarily includes gathering deposits, generating loans, and treasury management opportunities for public entities and nonprofits. This position will work closely, assist and support the SVP/ Market Development Director in coordinating sales meetings. This position will work with both existing customers and new prospects to deepen relationships. When appropriate, the Market Development Officer will assist or send referrals to the Treasury Management, Wealth Management, Bell Investments, Bell Retirement, Private Banking, or Bell Insurance market leaders. This position will help market leaders with customer retention, business development and bank initiatives for long-term success.
