Essential Job Functions: Utilize data to enhance training needs Build trust and work collaboratively with multiple levels of the organization Perform apprenticeship daily operations and program management processes, including general program administration, data tracking, record keeping, and reporting Ensure apprentices are progressing in the program by tracking On-the-Job Training in our system (Apprenti. Scope) Track and maintain apprentice incentive to ensure timely payments and answer questions for apprentices Attend and/or assist in-person training courses with instructors Collaborate with program management to ensure compliance with Do.
