Overview

Senior Project Manager, HVAC for a Mega Data Center Project in North Dakota. Plan, lead and oversee large-scale projects ($50+ million) from inception to completion.

What You'll Do

• PLAN & PREPARE: Oversee a Data Center Mega Project from beginning to end
• PRIORITIZE: Control project from pre-construction to commissioning
• LEAD: Plan, coordinate, oversee, and maintain effective field operations and teams
• PERFORM: Provide the contracted scope within budget and time schedules
• SERVICE: Provide guidance and support to stakeholders, partners, and team members

What You'll Need

• EXPERIENCED: Extensive previous experience in Data Center and HVAC large projects ($50+ million) with demonstrated success; previous construction project management experience is required
• A LEADER: Ability to guide, manage, motivate, and direct work teams
• A COMMUNICATOR: Effective verbal and written communication to varied audiences
• ADAPTABLE: Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities
