Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Concrete Finisher - Power Trowel Operators for projects located in Moorhead, MN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $28-34/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
* Operate walk-behind and ride-on power trowels to smooth and finish freshly poured concrete
* Assess and maintain correct finish and flatness levels
* Work efficiently on large slab pours
* Ensure proper curing and surface treatment of finished concrete
* Maintain and clean trowel equipment
* Follow job site safety protocols and company procedures
* Work independently or with minimal supervision
* Communicate clearly with crew leads and supervisors as needed
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of relevant concrete finishing experience
* Proficient with both walk-behind and riding power trowels
* Ability to work independently and maintain production pace
* Must have a valid driver's license
* Reliable transportation to and from the job site
* Must be punctual, dependable, and safety-minded
