LOCATION: NDSCS-Fargo/NDSCS Career Innovation Center

TYPE OF APPOINTMENT: Part-time, temporary, non-benefited position

JOB SUMMARY: The NDSCS ITS Department seeks a part-time, temporary employee to assist students and employees with core technology tasks such as logging into email, connecting to wifi, and installing software - training will be provided. Applicants must have Tier-1 IT support experience, excellent customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. This position will work 10-20 hours per week, daytime hours.

* Tier-1 IT support experience.

* Strong communication and customer service skills.

* Able to learn new skills and standards on an ongoing basis.

* College degree
