PacArctic, LLC, (PAC) a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking an experienced Onsite O&M Supervisor/Stationary Engineer (SE) to support PacArctic and our government customer. This is a Union position, and all benefits will be covered by the CBA. Essential functions, responsibilities, and duties include:
Leadership & Management: Direct workforce, manage workload, supervise, ensure quality. Distribute work orders, assist in hiring/onboarding.
Supervising all O&M activities: At the direction of the Project Manager.
Technical Expertise: Lead HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs. Operate Building Energy Management Systems. Work with electronic, electrical, and pneumatic controls. Analyze and upgrade control systems (with CO/COR approval).
Project Management: Research specifications and estimate projects. Install new equipment and ensure operability.
Administration & Communication: Manage paperwork and collaborate with SCC. Maintain Government communication. Use NCMMS (MAXIMO) for service requests/work orders. Assist with reporting and vendor management.
Versatility: Perform General Maintenance and Groundskeeper duties as needed.
Specific Responsibilities: Plan/lead maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and control systems. Oversee Quality Management. Investigate major equipment failures.
Maintain an active system file to Government access account ENT for NCMMS usage. Complete mandatory IT Security Training for Agency and Contractor Employees. Maintain NATE, HVAC Excellence Professional, Light Commercial Air Conditioning, Gas Heat and Green Awareness Certification, UA Star Mastery Certification. CFC Certification Universal.
