North Dakota State University (NDSU) seeks an Assistant Director of Study Abroad to bring new perspectives and innovations to the Office of International Student and Study Abroad Services (ISSAS) at the main campus in Fargo, North Dakota. The role focuses on increasing access to and participation in education abroad, including the National Student Exchange.
Monday through Friday 8 AM–5 PM (7:30 AM–4 PM during breaks and summer). Occasional work during evenings and weekends may be required.
$55,000+ DOE and excellent benefits.
Master's degree and 3 years' experience, Bachelor's degree and 5 years' experience, or 9 or more years' experience administering study abroad programs and/or managing international partnerships or other professional experience demonstrating knowledge of intercultural learning and student development. Demonstrable knowledge of trends in international education and student mobility. At least one year of experience supervising others. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. At least six months' experience living, working, or studying abroad.
