As the Office Manager at the LGI Homes Information Center, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming experience. Your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service, managing paperwork during the home closing process, assisting with construction permitting, and supporting marketing and community initiatives.


You will become proficient in our Performance Tracking System, handling daily data entry and preparing weekly reports. This role is vital in fostering community connections and ensuring smooth office operations, contributing to an outstanding experience for all interactions with LGI Homes.


Requirements



  • Bachelor's Degree

  • At least one year of administrative experience (preferred)

  • Positive attitude, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects
