Support and maintain the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) while developing, implementing, and maintaining human capital metrics and analytics. Serve as a technical liaison for functional areas, ensuring data integrity, communicating system changes, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvements.


Specific Duties Include



  1. Provide support for HRMS system, including troubleshooting, resolving problems, and suggesting solutions.

  2. Write, maintain, and support reports or queries using reporting tools.

  3. Develop standard reports for ongoing needs.

  4. Maintain data integrity by running queries and analyzing data.

  5. Coordinate system upgrades or fixes with technical staff.

  6. Support web-based HR functions, train users, and ensure usability.

  7. Recommend process improvements and policy changes, obtaining leadership approval as needed.

  8. Act as liaison with third parties and internal departments such as Payroll, Benefits, HR, and Finance.

  9. Manage projects using project management skills.

  10. Engage with customers to understand needs, provide updates, and resolve issues.

  11. Collaborate across departments and share information.

  12. Create user procedures, guidelines, and documentation; train employees on new systems.

  13. Stay updated on HRMS trends and participate in user group meetings.

  14. Follow safety rules and company policies.

  15. Maintain a professional image and participate in company communication efforts.

  16. Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and support resources.

  17. Perform other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements



  1. At least 2 years' experience in an HRMS/HRIS environment as a technical analyst.

  2. Experience with report writing and design using Cognos and Microsoft SQL.

  3. Experience with UKG and Kronos systems.

  4. Strong understanding of HRMS database design, structure, and functions.

  5. Knowledge of HR processes and data.

  6. Project management experience.

  7. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  8. Effective communication skills.

  9. Bachelors degree in business management or HR management preferred.

  10. Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
