Back End Java Developer (Remote)

6-month Contract to hire rate $50.00 to $65.00 per hour.
Salary Expectation $100k to $130k

Job Description

Our client is seeking a Java Developer to help build their custom application. The primary functions include implementing innovative solutions, designs, and enhancements across web and mobile platforms. The individual will participate in all phases of the SDLC, including functional analysis, and provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentoring. Your expertise in design, analytics, development, coding, and testing will help elevate the team and inspire leadership.

Required Skills

• 7 years' experience with Java, Design Patterns, Servlets, JMS, JPA, Hibernate, and Spring/Boot Framework
• Experience with React or JavaScript
• 5 years' experience with REST-based web services
• Postgres SQL experience
• Experience with Tomcat
• Experience with GIT and APIs

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Computer Information Systems
