Essential Job Functions: Facilitate negotiation of Purchase Orders, Subcontracts, exhibits and other agreements in support of Renewables projects, utilizing company guidelines Support negotiation of Master Service/ Supply Agreements and Master Vendor Agreements to enable seamless contracting processes Obtain, gather, and organize upstream contract flow-downs for the Procurement team on a project-by-project basis Develop contracting positions to mitigate, avoid, or transfer risk exposure that may arise during project execution Provide contracting leadership and onboarding training to Procurement team members. Hold training sessions for the team as requested Support Legal in negotiation and tracking of vendor NDAs Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Companys risk management standard operating procedures in partnership with Legal and other departments Participate in project and vendor reviews to evaluate key metrics regarding financial performance, schedule, ris...Contracts, Manager, Procurement, Contract, Management, Business Services
