Accountable for the direction and management of all activities for the human resources department, in support of the mission, goals, and objectives of Avera McKennan. The Avera McKennan region employees over 7,800 employees and consists of a 545-bed tertiary hospital, 16 critical access hospitals, 6 long term care facilities and medical clinics that offer 60 different specialties.
