Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional dining experiences, including greeting guests, serving food, and processing payments at the cash register.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and overall appearance of the store is maintained.
  • Adhere to operational standards and safety procedures to ensure fresh and high-quality food is being served.
  • Effectively work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, taking on various roles such as front counter, drive-through, or kitchen duties.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals in a fun and positive atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Friendly and supportive attitude towards team members.
  • Prior experience in operations is a plus, but not required.
  • Some high school education is necessary.
  • Food Handler certification may be required based on local regulations (at your expense).

Physical Requirements:

Counter areas are typically hot due to steam and food vapors, with workspace restrictions and the need to remain standing for long periods. Employees may need to prepare hot and cold foods, use kitchen equipment including Chinese cook knives, and work efficiently under pressure. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and reach across countertops is necessary. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with effective verbal communication skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and conflict management capabilities.
