Through our "Meals with Meaning" program, individuals or groups can prepare freezer meals for the people we serve at CCRI. These meals go to people served by our mental health program, housing stabilization services, and people with disabilities served by CCRI. Volunteers can make a single meal, or can make several meals at a time.
Volunteers have the option to either provide their own groceries and prepare meals in our kitchen, or pay a donation in order to have a member of CCRI's team purchase groceries and have them ready for volunteers to prepare meals in our kitchen when they arrive for their volunteer shift.
This program is an amazing opportunity for groups who are looking for daytime volunteer hours where they get to stay together as a group and works for anyone looking to just volunteer once or set up recurring shifts to make meals every month.
