As a Temporary Stockroom Operations Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth store operations. Your responsibilities will include efficiently handling freight, replenishment, and omni-channel tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process products, including unloading truck shipments and managing stockroom operations for omni-channel fulfillment.
• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor based on sales trends and seasonal demand.
• Engage with customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Implement all product protection standards to safeguard merchandise.
• Help train new team members on Kohl's brand standards, product knowledge, and operational procedures as directed by store leadership.

Skills Required:

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• No prior retail experience necessary.
• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in client-facing retail or service industries is a plus.
