Southeast Behavioral Health Clinic - Fargo, ND - Operations Support Lead

The Operations Support Lead will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our business processes. This position involves overseeing the day-to-day support activities, managing operational workflows, and coordinating with various departments to enhance performance and productivity. As an Operations Support Lead you will be providing supervision and guidance for our Support Services Department as well as support to our Operations Support Manager.

You are able to work independently as well as in groups and can juggle multiple, detailed tasks. To be considered for this position, A high school diploma or GED is required, along with at least two years of experience in office support, clerical, or secretarial work. In addition, candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience supervising or leading staff in a professional setting. Proficiency in keyboarding, commonly used software applications, and strong skills in grammar and spelling may also be required.

Location: This position provides essential client and staff service face to face therefore this position will need to be in the office.
