Bilingual Insurance Verification Specialist - Remote

Globe Life is looking for a Bilingual Insurance Verification Specialist to join the team in a remote/work from home capacity. This role supports the New Business and Underwriting process by verifying life and health insurance applications directly with potential customers. The information you verify determines whether the Company will issue or decline a policy.

What You Will Do

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to verify and document required information to finalize applications for underwriting assessment.
• Use the Quality Assurance database to determine what additional customer information or verification is needed.
• Clearly explain the application process to potential customers.
• Accurately complete additional paperwork as needed.
• Maintain appropriate levels of communication with management regarding actions taken within the Quality Assurance database.
• Transfer calls to the appropriate department as needed.
• Successfully meet the minimum expectation for departmental KPI targets.

What You Can Bring

• Minimum typing requirement of 35 wpm.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and Spanish required.
• Superior customer service skills friendly, efficient, good listener.
• Proficient use of computers, keyboard functions, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and spelling is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Desire to learn and grow within the company.
