Marketing Coordinator Analytics

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator Analytics to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role combines data analysis expertise with hands-on marketing coordination. The ideal candidate will transform data into actionable insights to enhance marketing performance while supporting the execution and optimization of campaigns across various channels.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics across platforms including Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Build custom dashboards and reports to track KPIs, website traffic, conversions, and ROI.
  • Deliver insights on campaign performance, audience behavior, and attribution models.
  • Implement and manage UTM parameters, event tracking, and conversion tracking.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve reporting discrepancies and improve tracking accuracy.
  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing marketing campaigns across digital and traditional media.
  • Support content, email, and social media teams with campaign setup and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing assets that align with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with external partners including vendors, agencies, and freelancers.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy.
Essential Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing, analytics, or campaign coordination.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • SEO knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Direct Hire position based out of Fargo, North Dakota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.04 - $28.85/hr.
