Job Summary

Administer projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring deliverables of quality within specified constraints of time and cost, and achieving business case benefits. Ensures resource availability and allocation, coordinates internal resources, third parties and vendors for flawless execution, and ensures delivery of all projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Develops project scopes and objectives with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility. Uses verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule and costs. Manages stakeholder relationships, maintains relationships with third parties and vendors, reports and escalates issues to management. Develops detailed project plans, tracks progress, measures performance, identifies and assesses risks, creates and maintains documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Three years of experience managing full lifecycle projects.
• Advanced working knowledge of project management software and Microsoft Office.
• CAPM, PMP, or equivalent advanced training preferred.
• Telecommunications experience highly preferred.
• Master's degree in public health, health care, business, or science related fields may be preferred.
• Compliance with licensing and state board requirements as applicable.
• Valid driver's license may be required depending on area.
