Home Health Position

No more than a 30-day work gap and must have references within the past year, no exceptions! Part-time with 1+ years of experience needed. Previous home health experience is required. ND license and BLS required. Must have current Driver's License & Auto Insurance. Area covered is 60mi radius around Valley City, ND, can expect 5-7 patients per day. EMR is HomeCare/HomeBase. Dress is CSH color scrub or Business Casual. All RTO is required at time of submission or will be denied.
