An Assistant Manager at Discount Tire performs the following duties, including but not limited to:Installs new tires and wheels. Manages new and existing inventory. Leads a team of 4-5 technicians in a service environment. Performs maintenance on tires, including rotations, balancing, repairs, and cleaning. Provides a world-class customer service experience. Works 35 hours per week during regular business hours. Participates in hands-on, on-the-job training and development What Were Looking For:Must have a leadership mindset. Must have a valid drivers license. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Must have a high school diploma or an equivalent certification.
