As a Project Manager in the Technology Consulting group, you will be responsible for managing the budget, timeline, scope, profitability, and client satisfaction of mid- to -large size technology engagements for our clients. This position will focus on our CRM implementations but is expected to spend up to 25% of their time leading projects in other departments across Technology Consulting. Proactively manage project scope, risks, and stakeholder expectations, resetting expectations and communicating changes with clarity and confidence. Fostering healthy, collaborative relationships with our clients, as well as between internal teams. Maximize project profitability while maintaining high standards of client service. Keeping project documentation (project record details, project plan, RAID log, resource allocations) accurate and up to date.
