Description:

Are you proud of your finishing work? Join a team where your craftsmanship is valued, your safety comes first, and your hard work pays off-literally. We're looking for an experienced Concrete Finisher to take the lead on high-quality concrete projects in the West Fargo area.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Handle all aspects of flatwork finishing: bull-floating, brooming, power troweling, and sealing
  • Set and finish sump pits, floor drains, and cut control joints or apply zip strip
  • Screed off of sand and shoot grade with precision
  • Take responsibility for the quality, safety, and final presentation of each slab
  • Clean and maintain finishing tools and job site areas
  • Occasionally assist with foundations and footing work
  • Lead by example on-site and help maintain a clean, professional workspace
Who We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of hands-on concrete finishing experience, including control joints and slab work
  • Confident using finishing equipment and reading grades
  • Takes pride in delivering clean, high-quality results
  • Leads and communicates clearly without needing to shout or tear others down
  • Willing to mentor others and foster a positive, safety-focused environment
  • Problem-solver with a can-do attitude and a reliable work ethic
