Note: This is a two-day voluntary leadership program, not an application for employment with Eide Bailly. The program is designed to give high-achieving students an inside look at public accounting and the Eide Bailly experience.

Activities

• Networking with Eide Bailly professionals and other students
• Deep dives into Assurance, Tax, and Client Account Services
• Fun, interactive team-building events with Eide Bailly staff and partners
• Community service activity
• Insight into upcoming internship opportunities with Eide Bailly

Selection Criteria

• Actively pursuing a degree in Accounting with a strong interest in a career in public accounting
• Graduating May 2026 – December 2029
• Academic achievement
• Interpersonal skills
• Extracurricular activities, work experience, or other involvement
• Interest in Eide Bailly's culture

Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
